Job Description

The day to day activities should consists of the following key responsibilities

Responsibilities

• Lead requirement gathering workshops to capture business needs, data rules, workflows, and governance models
• Translate requirements into: User stories, Use cases, Process flows, Acceptance criteria
• Document and validate functional specifications for: Data models & hierarchies, Attributes and classifications, Workflows & governance steps, Validation & completeness rules, UI requirements (pages, roles, permissions), etc..
• Review STEP configurations delivered by technical teams for accuracy
• Provide business context and clarify functional impacts of STEP features/constraints
• Work with integration teams to define the Data Mapping & ensure business readiness for integrations with ERP, eCommerce, DAM, and Data Lakes
• UAT & Release Management, Coordinate UAT cycles with business teams
• Stakeholder Engagement & Change Management, liaison between business users, developers, solution architects, and data governance teams.
• Risk identification and mitigation plan preparation. Communicate risks, impacts, and solution alternatives clearly.
• Support training, user documentation, and post go live adoption efforts.
• All other activities in the capacity of a Business Analysts to ensure on time completion of the project without any customer escalation

2. Stibo STEP Platform Familiarity (Business Analyst-Level) like understanding of STEP data model concepts, translate business needs into workflows, business rules, Knowledge of import/export channels, etc..
3. Conceptual understanding of Integration & Ecosystem like how STEP fits with ERP, eCommerce (Shopify), DAM, Data Lakes, etc..

Top 3 Preferred Skills

1. Experience documenting functional specs, data dictionaries, and attribute templates
2. Ability to interpret complex data relationships and simplify them for non technical stakeholders
3. Excellent communication, facilitation, and presentation skills, Strong stakeholder management (business & IT teams), understanding of Agile methodologies (Scrum/SAFe)
