Our body of work over the past 22 years includes new constructions, complete home renovations, complete condo renovations, kitchen renovations, and bathroom renovations, extensions and decks.

The Site Manager/Renovation Carpenter is a jack of all trades

Someone who can:

Cut and Install baseboards, door casings, and crown moulding
Properly disconnect plumbing drainage & water supply lines without flooding out the place
Not afraid to get dirty during the demolition phases of drywall. This includes lath & plaster, walls, ceilings, tiles, concrete, etc
Basic Electrical knowledge. Able to reconnect existing plugs, switches and lights during demolition stages
Build walls, cut stairs, build decks. Experience with rainscreening (an asset)
Knowledge of BC Building Codes
Read and interpret blueprints and building plans
Valid driver's license

Based on experience and qualifications. Plus benefits

35+ Years of experience in residential construction/Building Maintenance
Able to work both independently and as a team with other trades
Effective written and verbal English communication skills
