Your Key Responsibilities
You will provide clinical supervision to ABA Academy's Senior Therapists and Instructor Therapists while delivering community
- and home-based ABA therapy services and programs


Your role includes:

  • Supervising and overseeing the development and facilitation of ABA programs for children with ASD and developmental exceptionalities in onetoone and group settings through direct and indirect services.
  • Evaluating and monitoring the implementation of clientspecific intervention programming to ensure highquality and consistent IBI/ABA programs in onetoone or group settings.
  • Leading, managing, training and supporting ABA Academy's team of Senior Therapists and Instructor Therapists on all aspects of their roles and responsibilities.
