Here's the impact you'll make and what we'll accomplish together

As a Senior Pension Analyst, you will provide analytical and administration support to both clients, plan members and the team. You will be responsible for a variety of pension calculations and projects such as Pension Indexation, Pension Adjustments, Valuation Data Extracts and Annual Statements.

What you'll do

• Leverage our in-house industry leading proprietary administration system and pension databases to performs data reconciliations, contribution reconciliations, and benefit calculations
• Provide response to routine plan enquiries and requests from clients and plan members
• Support the preparation of year-end annual pension statements
• Work within a collaborative team taking direction from and supporting senior team members with the goal of providing quality client-focused administrative services for our Corporate clients
• Enhance your industry knowledge by attending internal training sessions
• Assist with special projects and tasks, as required

You have...

• 2 or more years of pension administration, analyst, and/or implementation experience
• College diploma or Bachelor's degree in business, computer science, mathematics, or a related field

• Solid oral and written communication skills
• Proven customer service experience
• Excellent organizational and time management skills
• Knowledge of Microsoft Office
• Ability to work in a team as well as independently
• Strong interest in problem solving and the acquisition of knowledge

Nice to Have

• CEBS, PPAC, ASA designation and/or DB pension actuarial background
• Courses in Pension Administration
• Bilingual (English and French)
• Experience with pension administration software Ariel
