Job Description:

As a successful Route Service Representative, you will be responsible for:

1. Demonstrating an exceptional attitude for winning in a diverse, team culture.
2. Maximizing the lifetime value of customer accounts and growing customer satisfaction.
3. Visiting multiple customers per day, ranging from small family-owned businesses to major corporate locations.
4. Acting as a customer-focused, results-driven relationship manager with a positive attitude and passion for hard work.

Required Skills and Qualifications:

• Prior customer service, route sales, delivery, or entrepreneurial experience is preferred.
• Excellent communication and language skills.
• A valid non-commercial driver's license and safe driving record, with a minimum age of 21 years.
• Reliable transportation.
• Ability to meet pre-employment physical requirements and lift up to 50 pounds.
