Description

We are seeking an experienced tax professional to lead our mergers and acquisitions (M&A) team. As a Manager of M&A Tax, you will be responsible for overseeing complex tax projects related to business deals.

You will have the opportunity to work with clients on a wide range of corporate transactions, including acquisitions, divestments, recapitalizations, financing, business development, initial public offerings, privatization negotiations and equity capital raisings.

•  Running due diligence assignments.•  Assisting in constructing tax-efficient transaction steps for strategic and private equity buyers and sellers.•  Being involved in various facets of deal execution such as financial modeling review transaction documents from a tax perspective.
