- Participates in the development and maintenance of technical standards and procedures to the set-up and use of the image software
- Takes corrective action to improve image performance based on recurring problems or issues
- Responds to requests for technical assistance with all branches of IT (Systems, Application, Networking)
- Works with IT Management to ensure license compliance
- Research and learn technical details of all new hardware and imparting knowledge to other IT Staff
- Evaluate current hardware and advise of future hardware upgrades to accommodate business needs to maintain productivity
- Configure and develop custom components with technology partners (analysts, developers, designers etc.) to meet requirements and goals
- Share technical expertise during incident management life cycle (analyses reports and outages, perform impact assessments, facilitate stakeholder communication).
- Acts as the escalated technical resources for the organization
- Troubleshooting computer related problems, performing onsite analysis, diagnosis and repair computer hardware, mobile devices, laptops, printers, monitors, headsets, and displays.
- Produce software packages through the use of management systems for deployment
- Determines available equipment inventory and recommends appropriate device based on need
- Arranging for defective part(s) under warranty to be sent back to vendor
- Updating the Asset Tracking System to reflect disposed of equipment
- Respond to work order request and coordinate shipment of special requested equipment to multiple regions
- Maintaining inventory of all equipment, software and software licenses
- Administrative duties as required
REQUIREMENTS

- Available from May to August, 2024
Mobility within the GTA is considered an asset:
- Completed or pursuing a degree or diploma in a related field.
