Seeking Demolition Crew Foreman.

Description:

Join our team as a Demolition Crew Foreman and lead our crew in exciting demolition projects We are seeking a motivated and experienced individual to oversee demolition operations and ensure projects are completed efficiently and safely.

Responsibilities:

Complete FLHA, daily reports, perform tool-box meetings and site inspections.

Lead and supervise a team of demolition workers on-site.

Coordinate and schedule demolition activities according to project timelines.

Ensure adherence to safety protocols and regulations.

Operate and maintain demolition equipment.

Monitor progress and report to project managers.

Train and mentor team members.

Tracking crew hours and submit for payroll.

Keep track of scope of work and manpower on Time and Material basis.

Requirements:

Proven experience as a foreman or similar role.

Strong leadership and communication skills.

In-depth knowledge of demolition techniques and equipment.

Ability to read blueprints and understand project specifications.

Excellent problem-solving abilities.
