CLIENT RELATIONSHIP MANAGER - ANALYST

We will count on you to:
- Pre
- Renewal:_
- Collect renewal information, prepare submissions and produce accurate client facing documents.
- Use Microsoft Excel and other means to analyze changes in expiring versus renewal information.
- Review and analyze quotation/comparisons.
- As needed participate in client meetings, underwriter meetings, and group presentations.
- Post Renewal_:_
- Accountable for coordination of binders & invoice issuance for each line of coverage.

- Manage the billing and accounts receivable activity on assigned accounts.
- Verify insurance documents for accuracy.

- On Going Basis:_
- Develop, monitor, update and ensure compliance with Renewal Action Plan.
- Respond to client inquiries and insurer coverage/documentation requests; solve client account issues.
- Electronic Filing
What you need to have:
- 12 years commercial insurance experience
- Holds RIBO License; or willing to obtain within 3 months of hire.
- Strong business acumen including a wellrounded knowledge of general business function and finance
- Possess a solid understanding of basic property/casualty insurance principals and risk management concepts.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Strong organizational skills in prioritizing work and consistently meeting deadlines.
- Proficiency in Word, Excel, Outlook, SharePoint, and TAM/EPIC
- Ability to work independently and as part of a closeknit team
