    B2B eCommerceCoordinatoris responsible forsupporting the operational, analytical, and administrative functions that drive performance across Roots' wholesaleand eCommerce platformaccounts,including Amazon. This role ensures product data accuracy, smooth order flow,strong communicationbetween teams, and consistent execution across all phases of the salesand product placement cycles.

    The ideal candidate is detail-oriented, highly organized, and comfortable working in a fast-paced environment with multiple stakeholders, deadlines, and systems. They bring a proactive approach to problem-solving,strong communicationskills, and an interest in both wholesale processesand eCommercemarketplace operations.

    Key Responsibilities → How You'll Make an Impact

    Account & Operational Support

    • Manage day-to-day operational requirements foreCommerce platformaccounts, including Amazon 1P, ensuringaccuratesetup, catalog maintenanceand product content optimization, and alignment with platform requirements.
    • Enter and manage customer orders within internal systems, ensuringtransactionalaccuracyof orders, processing quotes,invoicingandlogisticscoordination mindful oftimelinesand event deadlines.
    • Coordinate inventory and supply-chainneeds by partnering withsales manager,productionlead,logistics, and planning teams to align forecasts, purchase orders, and fulfillment timelines.
    • Maintain accurateclient, product, and ordermanagement and shipping trackingdetailswithin internal systems and tools.
    • Support pricing updates, promotions, and campaign execution within digital platforms, including tracking results and gathering insights.
    • Maintain and optimizeproduct listingsin alignment with brand standards, including descriptions,pricingand imagery.
    • Monitor keyAmazonperformancemetrics andreport on inventory/sales trendsto proactivelyidentifyrisks and opportunities.
    • Stay current with Amazon policy updates and internal process requirements to support account health and accurateprogram execution.

    Cross-Functional Coordination

    • Serve as a key communication linkamongsales, production,logistics, and external partners to ensure smooth andtimelyexecution of orders and programs.
    • Liaise with Amazon Vendor Support and external vendors to resolve issues related to listings, production details,inventoryandtimelines.
    • Provide timelyupdates to internal stakeholders andcustomersrespectivelyregardingorder status, product details, and delivery timelines.

    Reporting & Analysis

    • Prepare recurring and ad-hoc reports related tosales and productperformance, order flow, inventory status, andAmazonprogram activity.
    • Analyze data from Amazon Vendor Central and internal systems toidentifytrends, risks, oroperationalimprovements.
    • Deliver clear, actionable insights to support sales planning, forecasting,and program decision-making.

    Qualifications & Experience → The Skills You Bring

    • Experience in accountsupport,sales andorder administration,eCommerce platform supportor digital marketplace management within retail, wholesale, or manufacturing environments.
    • Outstanding organizationalskills, with the ability to manage multiple priorities and deadlines.
    • Analytical mindset with the ability to interpret data and produce clear insights.
    • Strong written and verbal communication skills for both internal and external interactions.
    • Proficiencyin Microsoft Office, particularly Excel, with comfort using ERP and order-management systems.
    • Experience with Amazon Vendor Central or other digital marketplace platforms is an asset.
    • Familiarity with apparel manufacturing or embellishment processes is an asset.
