Warehouse Manager - Vaughan, Canada - Cutler Group

Description

Responsibilities:

• Pick and pack of ecommerce orders.
• Create shipping documents for incoming and outgoing deliveries.
• Manage orders via ecommerce channels.
• Resolve issues relating to orders, transfers, and PO's.
• Process returns for customers and getting RGA's from vendors if required.
• Provide reports on Stock Replenishment when required.
• Inventory cycle counts.
• Warehouse maintenance.
• Ensure orders are picked accurately and completely.
• Assist warehouse staff as needed. i.e receiving PO's, putting stock away, loading and unloading of product.
• Answer all incoming customer inquiries regarding products and services and ensure a high level of customer satisfaction.
• Problem solving to rectify customer concerns as quickly as possible.
• Purchase stock orders for branch as assigned.
• Any other duties as required.

Requirements:

• Forklift license required (active)
• Product knowledge in bathroom cabinetry is
  required.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail.
• Strong system knowledge.
• Customer service oriented.
• Able to multitask.
• Problem solving skills.
• Additional hours may be required daily to perform this job effectively.

Salary:
$25.00-$30.00 per hour
