Your future duties and responsibilities

  • Senior Advisor to the Transformation Manager.
  • Assists the transformation manager in developing master schedules.
  • Responsible for different workshops.
  • Writes processes and procedures related to changes.
  • Trains the different parties involved in the change.
  • Measures the implemented changes effectiveness and makes the necessary adjustments.

Required qualifications to be successful in this role

  • Minimum of 510 years of experience as a portfolio and/or program project controller.
  • Good knowledge of business, functional and corporate processes.
  • Strong problemsolving, mentoring, and coaching skills.
  • Excellent sense of analysis and processing the information.
  • Meticulousness and attention to detail.
  • Priorities oriented and ability to complete tasks in a dynamic environment.
  • Extensive experience in a collaborative and team environment.
  • Good judgment and discretion in delicate situations.
  • Excellent interpersonal verbal and written communication skills.
  • Bilingualism (French and English) is required for this position due to the nature of the role
requiring interactions with domestic and global clients.

  • Proficient with Microsoft and Google tools (Excel, Sheets, etc.).
