Your future duties and responsibilities

Senior Advisor to the Transformation Manager.
Assists the transformation manager in developing master schedules.
Responsible for different workshops.
Writes processes and procedures related to changes.
Trains the different parties involved in the change.
Measures the implemented changes effectiveness and makes the necessary adjustments.

Required qualifications to be successful in this role

Minimum of 510 years of experience as a portfolio and/or program project controller.
Good knowledge of business, functional and corporate processes.
Strong problemsolving, mentoring, and coaching skills.
Excellent sense of analysis and processing the information.
Meticulousness and attention to detail.
Priorities oriented and ability to complete tasks in a dynamic environment.
Extensive experience in a collaborative and team environment.
Good judgment and discretion in delicate situations.
Excellent interpersonal verbal and written communication skills.
Bilingualism (French and English) is required for this position due to the nature of the role

requiring interactions with domestic and global clients.
