Responsibilities:

• Lead / manage tracking of revenue from all Productions, ensuring remittances match fully executed contracts
• Reconcile membership dues, tying all cash receipts on WEB platform to member payments received in bank.
• Weekly RRSP reconciliation, evidencing remittance received match benefits uploaded to external WEB platform
• Reconciliation of short term disability program on a biweekly basis
• Reconciliation of hour bank monies received from Productions and uploaded to external WEB platform
• Prepare recurring journal entries, supporting schedules, and analysis for quarterly review
• Works closely with Controller and Account Manager to develop standardized reporting and streamline recurring work
• Assists in special projects as assigned

Salary:
$78,000.00-$85,000.00 per year

• Monday to Friday

Education:

• Bachelor's Degree (preferred)
