• Building structures from wood and supporting materials
• Building frames for houses, walls, and other structures
• Building and repairing roofs
• Lift/carry heavy pieces of material or structures
• Use of saws and other power tools
• Delegating tasks to other team members
• Scoping projects and understanding of work planning
• Provide project updates on a consistent basis to various stakeholders about strategy, adjustments, and progress
• Oversee budgeting, reporting, planning, and auditing
• Help promote a company culture that encourages top performance and high morale

• Minimum of 5 years experience
• Impeccable safety record
• Hands on experience with metal roofing
• Experience in management, operations, and leadership
• Ability to build consensus and relationships among managers, partners, and employees
• Excellent communication skills
