Reporting to the Manager of Total Rewards & HRIS, within the People & Communications department, you will be instrumental in the development, analysis, and implementation of our compensation and benefits programs.
Participate in surveys to benchmark compensation and Total Rewards programs, gathering data on industry compensation trendsMonitor the effectiveness of our Total Rewards programs, including benefits, retirement and wellness initiatives
Dive deep into data to uncover actionable insights that inform our strategies and drive business outcomes
Provide expert support to our People & Communications team on all aspects of Total Rewards, including regulatory compliance, policy development and program implementation

Degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field~Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and make informed recommendations
~ Proficiency in HRIS (preferably Workday) and other HR technology
This role can be located at the Bethune mine or our Saskatoon head office, as well as having flexibility for hybrid work.
