We are seeking a full-time Scheduling Clerk to join our team at our Seating Division in Kitchener reporting to our Director of Operations.

RESPONSIBILITIES:

Prints and organize work packets for manufacturing.
Data Entry generating daily and monthly reports as required.
Back flushes picklists.
Interdivisional bin transfers and stock adjustments between locations.
Generates daily and monthly reports for material. Ex., Hardwood, Corian, panels, headers, sheet stock.
Inventory control assist with reconciliation of transactions.
Coordinates bunk building from Distribution and Bunk Kan Ban system between Manitou and Distribution.
Performs other duties as assigned by supervisor.
Performs all responsibilities/services in accordance with the company Quality Assurance procedures.

QUALIFICATIONS:

Grade 12 diploma or equivalent.
1 to 3 years office experience.
Computer and keyboard skills are required.
Must be organized and detail oriented.
