Residential Leasing Coordinator

Strategic Group has an exciting opportunity for a Residential Leasing Coordinator.

With three new launch projects over the next 2 years, and a strong residential rental portfolio in Calgary, we are looking for someone with strong sales and administrative skills to join our team.

Together with the Regional Leasing Lead, you will focus on providing exceptional industry-leading customer service to lease apartments across our Calgary portfolio.

As our Residential Leasing Coordinator, you will:

  • Be an experienced residential leasing agent or possess previous sales experience, with keen organizational skills (1 year)
  • Be flexible and can work evenings, weekends, and (occasional) holiday hours to accommodate business needs.
  • Lease suites and/or renew upcoming lease expiries with specific leasing goals in mind.
  • Work constructively with the team to ensure customer service requirements are resolved and team goals are met.
  • Be organized, and able to build excellent relationships with customers.
  • Follow up with prospective residents to ensure no lead is lost.
  • Greet and qualify customers on the phone or in person with the result ending with a new resident.
  • Visit competitive properties monthly to stay informed on market conditions and complete competitor surveys.
  • Complete traffic reports, vacancy reports and related paperwork as required.
  • Be proficient using Microsoft Office including Outlook and Excel
  • Possess a Driver's license and have access to a reliable vehicle.


The hours of work are 9:30 am to 6:30 pm, with a rotating schedule of 4-5 working days between Monday to Saturday.
