We are seeking a Hotel Receptionist and Customer Service Representative to join our dynamic team.As the Hotel Receptionist and Customer Service Representative, you will be responsible for providing exceptional service to our clients and efficiently managing the reception operations of our hotel.
Key Responsibilities
- Ensure highquality customer service by professionally and courteously responding to client requests and needs.
- Manage client reservations and arrivals, as well as special requests.
- Coordinate maintenance and room cleaning service requests.
- Utilize hotel management software to handle reservations, billing, and other reception operations.
- Effectively communicate with clients.
- Maintain good organization to ensure an efficient workflow at the reception.
- Demonstrate flexibility and stress resilience to handle dynamic situations and lastminute changes.
Requirements:
- Excellent communication skills in French and English (knowledge of other languages would be a significant asset).
- Customer serviceoriented with the ability to professionally and courteously resolve client issues.
- Knowledge of hotel management software (an asset).
- Organizational skills and the ability to manage client reservations, arrivals, and departures.
- Hospitality or tourism training (an asset).
- Previous experience in customer service, preferably in the hotel industry (an advantage).

$21.00-$23.00 per hour
