We work closely with funeral homes, hospitals, Police Services, the Office of the Chief Coroner of Ontario and other institutions to ensure seamless and compassionate service.
Our team is committed to professionalism, integrity, and supporting families during challenging times.Job Description:
On Call - DAYS- (6:00A.M-6:00P.M)
Responsibilities:
- Safely and respectfully remove and transport deceased human remains from place of death to designated locations.
- Communicate with clients and families in a compassionate and professional manner.
- Operate company vehicles, following safety guidelines and traffic regulations.
- Work collaboratively with other team members and external stakeholders.
- Be available and ready for calls during your shift and respond in a timely matter.
Requirements:
- Work a minimum of three 12 hour shifts a week (6:00PM6:00AM).
- Minimum 2 years of customer service experience.
- Valid driver's license with a clean driving record.
- Ability to work as a team member and collaborate with others.
- Ability to lift and carry up to 100 lbs.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with a focus on empathy and sensitivity.
