We are looking for a hands-on team member to fill the role of
Creative and Marketing Administrator.

This is a contract opportunity that would be suitable for a College/University Summer Student, Coop Student or a recent graduate looking for entry level experience.

Reporting directly to the VP Sales & Marketing, this role will assist the company in supporting a wide variety of creative products that maintain Hunter's brand consistency.


Key Duties and Responsibilities

  • Prepares finished art using Adobe Creative Suite
  • Photoshop, Illustrator, and InDesign
  • Reviews final layouts while suggesting improvements when necessary.
  • Ensures brand consistency throughout various marketing projects.
  • Liaise between the marketing and design teams to ensure deadlines are met.
  • Executes social media content.
  • Produces/edits images for the company website / distributors.

Qualifications and Experience

  • Post-Secondary education in graphic design or digital art related field
  • Proficient using Mac OS, Adobe Creative Suite (Expert knowledge of Illustrator, Photoshop and InDesign)
  • Working knowledge of Microsoft Office 365 Suite (Word, Excel and PowerPoint)
  • Working knowledge of common 3D rendering platforms (Blender)
  • Working knowledge of common social media content creation tools (Adobe Spark, Canva, Artboard Studio)
  • A passion for creating content for social media and print design; experience with photography an asset.
  • Must be a team player who flourishes in a fastpaced, detailoriented environment.
  • Strong interpersonal skills, with ability to form strong and productive working relationships across all levels of the organization.
  • Clean eye for design and desire to stay ontrend within the marketplace.
  • Exceptional verbal and written communication skills
