    Assistant to Vice-President, Legal Affairs

    Our client is looking for a bilingual Executive Legal Assistant.

    YOUR ROLE:

    As an Assistant to the Vice-President, Legal Affairs, your responsibilities will include:

    • Participate in the preparation of documentation for Board of Directors and Board Committees meetings;
    • Prepare minutes/resolutions of directors' and shareholders' meetings for the company;
    • Ensure filings with regulatory authorities of the company's corporate documents;
    • Manage the contract database and its update, follow-ups and deadlines;
    • Participate in the development and planning of various special projects.
    REQUIRED SKILLS:
    • DCS in Office Technology Paralegal technology or any other relevant training/experience combination
    • Experience in assisting a vice-president of Legal affairs or in corporate secretarial work;
    • Excellent command of English, particularly in writing; good knowledge of spoken and written French;
    • Excellent management of priorities and organizational skills;
    • Team spirit with good interpersonal skills;
    • Excellent priority management and organizational skills;
    • Thoroughness and attention to detail.
