    Customer Service Representative Job Summary

    This is a full-time on-site call center position where you will be responsible for handling inbound and outbound sales calls to business prospects. You will provide product and pricing recommendations, resolve customer issues, and work closely with the managerial team.

    Main Responsibilities:

    • Handle customer inquiries in a timely and professional manner
    • Listen to customers' needs and resolve issues
    • Research systems to find missing information and coordinate with other departments as needed
    • Follow client program processes and perform tasks in a courteous and professional manner
    • Utilize systems and technology to complete account management tasks
    • Accurately document and process customer claims

    Requirements:

    • Must be 18 years of age or older
    • High school diploma or equivalent required
    • Experience with data-entry utilizing a computer
    • Fluency in English reading and speaking
    • Wired high-speed internet connection (Download speed of 20Mbps+)
    • Excellent organizational, written, and oral communication skills
    • Ability to type swiftly and accurately (20+ words a minute)
    • Basics knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite
    • Familiarity with computer and Windows PC applications
    • High reliability and regular attendance/punctuality

    About This Position:

    This job operates in a professional office environment. While performing duties, employees will be sedentary and use a computer and telephone headset. The ability to move about the office, operate office equipment, and lift up to 40 pounds is required.
