- Prior experience in customer service and sales, particularly in the bridal or fashion industry
- Strong technical sales skills to assist brides with technologydriven gown selections
- Ability to communicate effectively and empathetically with brides and their families
- Excellent organizational skills to manage bridal appointments and gown inventory efficiently
