What We Need
FLEETCOR is currently looking to hire a Client Financial Institution Onboarding Specialist within our Corpay division.

This position falls under our Corpay Cross Border line of business and is located in 212 King Street West, Toronto ON.

The Client Financial Institution Onboarding Specialist oversee the onboarding of Client and Financial Institutions (FI's) by preparing and submitting numerous bank account opening documentation/forms and other KYC/AML materials, while coordinating with and managing various internal and external stakeholders.

They will be dealing with various internal stakeholder within Corpay (Front Office, Compliance, Legal, Regulatory, Treasury and Exception Management) depending upon the request.

The above will include the new Dollar Pay Correspondent Banking initiative that the firm is starting up.
The salary range rate for this position is $70,000 to $80,000 CAD.

Role Responsibilities


The responsibilities of the role will include:

  • The Front Office will initially reach out to the client/FI and introduce Corpay.
  • Individual will then forward Corpay documentation package that we believe will be useful for the client/FI to review in order to consider Corpay as a counterpart.
  • Individual will request that the client/FI forward documentation required by Corpay Compliance so that Compliance can review the qualifications of approving the client/FI as a counterpart of Corpay.
  • The client/FI will likely come back with additional internal related requests that need to be completed (SLA, Account Opening Document, KYC Form etc.)
  • Corpay Compliance may come back with additional requests that are required to be reviewed and forwarded to the client/FI for completion and forwarded back to Compliance.
  • Periodically chase the client/FI once all information has been completed and forwarded back.
  • Once Compliance has approved the a/c and supplied a Camtrade a/c number, notify IT to complete the setup.
  • Once the client/FI has approved Corpay and the above is completed, the FXEM team is advised that trading can commence.
  • A test transaction is usually initiated to ensure that setup is OK. Followup with the Processing and Exception Management teams to ensure that the test trade was successful.
  • Maintain the Power Point presentation daily for all updates. The PP should be periodically forwarded to the FXEM team for updates/comments.
  • At some point may assist within the FXEM MO/BO to assist in Investigations
  • Assist, if time allows, with opening up of other Corpay FI's working in conjunction with the Treasury Team
Qualifications & Skills

  • Bachelor's degree
  • Enhanced level of proficiency in Excel
  • Foreign exchange/multicurrency exposure is an asset.
  • Proven ability to handle multiple account openings simultaneously.
  • Strong attention to detail is essential to ensure accuracy and integrity of all onboarding data.
  • Strong timemanagement and organizational skills
  • Strong communication skills 8. Excellent problemsolving and analytical abilities
