This role will sit in one of Zurich's subsidiary companies, World Travel Protection, which focuses on providing travel risk management and emergency assistance support.- World Travel Protection (WTP) is a leading travel assistance and Travel Risk Management (TRM), company.

WTP provides robust response solutions to logístical, security and medical emergencies for travellers based on its global reach and through its worldwide provider network.

Through this network, WTP is able to effectively resolve incidents inherent to international traveling.

Prevention is also at the forefront of WTP through a wide range of risks mitigation and security assistance solutions available to its clients to ensure that their resources are best utilised to anticipate crisis from occurring.

World Travel Protection provides global travellers with specialist emergency assistance services when something goes wrong in their travels. The World Travel Protection Quality Analyst plays a vital role in the delivery and evaluation quality activities moderate supervision, conducts research and analytical work to support strategic, business/operational planning, monitoring and reporting; provides technical expertise for specific business unites; conducts cost/benefit analysis.
A bit about the job:
You will assess and evaluate business processes in order to identify opportunities for improvement, provide feedback to the definition and development of process management standards, policies and processes.
You will provide support to operational teams on a daily basis, by being focal point of contact, to ensure that there is no misalignment between policy and practice.
You will ensure operational compliance with process strategies and architectures, in order to support business standardization and improvement.
A bit about you:
Required:
Bachelors Degree and 4 or more years of experience in the Operations area

High School Diploma or Equivalent and 6 or more years of experience in the Operations area

OR- Zurich Certified Insurance Apprentice including an Associate Degree and 4 or more years of experience in the Operations area

Preferred

Strong quality and compliance experience
High proficiency with Microsoft Word and Excel
Show high levels of professionalism and confidentiality at all times
Excellent stakeholder management skills and the ability to effectively communicate feedback
Analytical and critical thinking skills
Excellent verbal and written communication skills
Proactive and detail oriented, with good followup skills
Understanding of basic business metrics
Solid understanding of qualitative and quantitative Quality measures
Problem solving to contribute to the development of meaningful strategies to improve quality
