    SALES DEVELOPMENT REPRESENTATIVE – Bilingual (Toronto)

    Job Summary

    We are seeking a motivated Sales Development Representative (SDR) to join our Business Development team. As a Sales Development Representative, you will be responsible for generating leads, qualifying prospects and onboarding new business partners over the phone or through virtual communications. The Sales Development Representative will work closely with our Business Development Managers (BDMs) across Canada, and support the expansion of our customer base to achieve our growth targets.

    Key Responsibilities and Activities

    • Conduct outbound calls to potential customers to introduce our program and services and generate interest
    • Engage with and qualify in-bound leads, understanding customer needs and requirements
    • Connect leads with BDM's and support BDM's with initial onboarding calls as required
    • Collaborate with Business Development team members to ensure lead quality and follow-up
    • Achieve and exceed all predefined performance metrics /KPI's (monthly, quarterly, annual)
    • Communicate with cross-functional teams to ensure efficient and effective onboarding of new partners and implement feedback from BDM's and other departments
    • Maintain accurate record of activities and partner/prospect interactions in the CRM system
    • Provide exceptional customer service and support to ensure optimal customer satisfaction

    Qualifications

    Technical Knowledge/Experience:

    • Bachelor's Degree is required
    • Minimum 2 years of relevant sales experience (preference for surgical, medical aesthetics, dental, or fertility sectors)
    • Must be fluent in both English and French (written and verbal)
    • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
    • Exceptional interpersonal and presentation skills
    • Proficient knowledge MS Office Suite (Word, Excel, Power point, Outlook, Teams...)
    • Willing and able to adapt to advancements in technology and AI integrations (Otter AI, Notion, Gong, Chat GPT)
    • Experience with Salesforce CRM is an asset

    Location:

    • The Ideal applicant will be located within the Greater Toronto Area
    • This position is an in-office position, located at 171 East Liberty St., Toronto ON
