Responsibilities:


  • Dispatching of Service Technicians
  • Receive customer service calls and distribute them to our technicians.
  • Coordinate preventive maintenance activities (build technicians' schedules).
  • Enter customer data and call details into the computer software and issue a work order to the technician.
  • Review and validate pay hours before moving on to the administration team.
  • Issue purchase orders to our suppliers as required.
  • Verify the accuracy and proper execution of all work orders.
  • Verify technicians' expense claims and transfer them to the administration team.
  • Assist in planning of technical training.

Required skills and experience:


  • A minimum of 23 years of experience in a similar role, preferably in a service company with mobile technicians such as maintenance, plywood, electricity, IT, wiring etc.
  • A college diploma preferably in a discipline related to business management, administration or operations management.
  • Have a "technical mind". (Knowledge of HVAC systems is an asset)
  • Excellent oral and written communication skills in English
  • Work with computer tools.
  • Enjoy working independently and demonstrate resourcefulness.
