Responsibilities:

Dispatching of Service Technicians
Receive customer service calls and distribute them to our technicians.
Coordinate preventive maintenance activities (build technicians' schedules).
Enter customer data and call details into the computer software and issue a work order to the technician.
Review and validate pay hours before moving on to the administration team.
Issue purchase orders to our suppliers as required.
Verify the accuracy and proper execution of all work orders.
Verify technicians' expense claims and transfer them to the administration team.
Assist in planning of technical training.

Required skills and experience:

A minimum of 23 years of experience in a similar role, preferably in a service company with mobile technicians such as maintenance, plywood, electricity, IT, wiring etc.
A college diploma preferably in a discipline related to business management, administration or operations management.
Have a "technical mind". (Knowledge of HVAC systems is an asset)
Excellent oral and written communication skills in English
Work with computer tools.
Enjoy working independently and demonstrate resourcefulness.
