We are a family owned insurance brokerage that provides commercial and personal insurance advice and service to clients in the Greater Toronto Area.

We have been operating for over 40 years, earning the trust of our clients and giving back to the community.

We are looking for several client-minded people to provide professional insurance advice and service to our existing clients and service their policies.

Prior insurance experience is an asset, however, we have a robust training system to get you up to speed


Responsibilities:

• Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, ensuring their satisfaction with our brokerage's services
• Act as the main point of contact for clients, addressing their inquiries and concerns in a timely and effective manner
• Encourage policy renewals and crosssell additional policies to existing clients
• Conduct regular client meetings and provide clients with updates on their policies and coverage
• Keep accurate records of client interactions and maintain client files
• Collaborate with other teams within the brokerage to ensure a seamless client experience
• Maintain and grow an existing book of business

Work Location:
Head Office in Richmond Hill (Highway 7 / Leslie)


Hours:
Full Time hours/week

Requirements:

• Proficient with technology
• 2+ years of working experience (clientfacing role and/or insurance experience is an asset)
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Dynamic problem solving abilities
• Ability to build and maintain strong client relationships
• Language proficiency in English (Mandarin or Cantonese is an strong asset)
• Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
• Ability to work independantly and as a part of a team
• RIBO license is an asset, however, it will eventually be required and we will provide the support and education to aquire your license.

Experience:

• Sales: 1 year (preferred)
