The Opportunity:

Join the Harding team and directly make a difference for people with physical difficulties so that can conquer the challenges of everyday life.

What You Will Do:

Greet retail customers in a friendly and courteous manner while answering main line incoming telephone calls and customer inquiries.
Assist customers by providing general and technical product information, price quotes, product numbers, delivery dates and suggest or recommend required products.
Process customer orders.
Assist customers with back orders, delivery dates and product returns.
Responsible for organizing, pricing, and restocking shelves in retail store.

What You Need to Succeed:

Grade 12 or equivalent, with 1 + years in a customer service position required.
Experience in the home medical industry and basic knowledge of medical terminology an asset.
Knowledge of Microsoft Office
Well organized and able to communicate effectively with others.
Adaptability, versatility, and a positive attitude as a team player
