Your daily role:
Reporting to the Total Rewards Manager and as a Total Rewards Specialist, you will be responsible for supporting the Total Rewards team in the implementation, maintenance and improvement of Total Rewards processes and programs.
THE ROLE:
Compensation:
- Prepare tools and data required for the administration of compensation systems;
- Contribute to the annual salary review process;
- Prepare data and participate in relevant salary surveys, and perform data analysis (Canada and US);
- Support the Global Compensation team in:
- Management of bonus programs in connection with performance and objective evaluations;
- Job evaluation, documentation and updating of tools.
Benefits and Wellness:
- Administer various benefits programs (group insurance, pension) for Canada and US;
- Liaise with thirdparty service partners and HR teams;
- Act as resource person to HR leaders and managers on compensation and benefits issues;
Project management:
- Collaborate on various Global Compensation team projects and initiatives, such as:
- Implementation of a new integrated HRIS tool;
- Improvement of compensation processes and programs;
- Communication and education of these programs.
Your profile

Minimum 1 year of relevant experience in compensation and benefits; or minimum 5 years of relevant experience in human resources, ideally in an international company;:

University degree in administration, human resources or other relevant field;:

Excellent command of Excel, HRIS and Google Suite (an asset);:

Strong analytical and synthesis skills;:

Excellent written and oral communication skills at all levels of the organization;:
