Position Overview:

The Sr.

Analyst, Campus Programs, US & Canada is responsible for overseeing the execution of RBI's various best-in-class full-time and internship early-career programs, including but not limited to, our Leadership Development Program, Operations Leadership Development Program, and MBA initiatives.

This position is based in Toronto and works closely with RBI senior leaders and members of the People Team to ensure the execution of our internship and early career development programs.

This position reports into the Sr. Manager, Campus Programs, US & Canada.


Essential Duties and Responsibilities:


Programming/Learning & Development:

  • Ensures the successful execution of all aspects of RBI's global undergraduate development programs and MBA initiatives, including our internship and fulltime programs.
  • Work with Program Management and L&D team to plan, market and execute regular learning and development opportunities. Includes providing segmented opportunities for different programs (ie. Interns vs. MBAs).
  • Create and maintain programming calendar including social/networking events, learning and development opportunities, People Team events/initiatives (ie. Talent assessment timelines etc.), company holidays and more.
  • Assist with placement process to support rotation program execution. Ensure business needs are met while maintaining program participant satisfaction.
  • Manage event planning and execution to facilitate engagement and networking between program participants, managers, teams, and senior leaders.
  • Manage internship project collection, selection, and communication process.
  • Lead manager, buddy, and onboarding training sessions to ensure successful outcomes for the business and program participants.
  • Coordinates with regional partners to ensure global alignment on all campus program management and related activity.

Onboarding/Warming Strategy:

  • Create monthly communications for incoming program participants from time of hire until start with the program (typically starting in November through August of the following year).
  • Manage new hire process including loading EIBs into Workday, working with Payroll to ensure payment accuracy.
  • Collaborate with senior leaders and internal communications teams to execute all program onboarding.

Analytics / Reporting:

  • Design surveys and assessments to measure employee engagement and collect feedback on the programs.
  • Analyze qualitative and quantitative feedback and survey results using Microsoft Forms and Excel.
  • Create actionable insights in Microsoft PowerPoint and develop action plans to improve results.

Employee Relations / Talent Management:

  • Host regular office hours for program participants and managers. Provide career development, program progression, performance management and interpersonal support and coaching as needed.
  • Develop strong working relationships with People Business Partners and larger People team to support organization goals and support program participants.

Qualifications & Skills:


  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience required
  • 2 to 5 years previous experience; specific experience in early career development program management and/or professional certification in recruitment, talent management, or HR preferred
  • Ability to analyze problems, identify alternative strategic solutions, quantify consequences of proposed actions, and implement recommendations in support of larger recruitment objectives
  • Interpersonal and influencing skills; ability to communicate verbally and in writing with all levels of employees
  • Business acumen, including knowledge of budget management and vendor management
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Forms, SharePoint, and Outlook); knowledge of Excel or other similar analytical tools is required.
  • Willingness to plan and host or facilitate development, social, or networking events which may take place outside of standard work hours.
