    A DAY IN THE LIFE

    The Social Impact Operations Leads is an individual contributor role working on the development and ongoing maintenance of operational improvements, systems, and processes that accelerate the company toward our Impact Agenda goals. This role is part of a high-growth team, developing and stewarding a best-in-class global social impact program to achieve our goal of positively impacting 10 million people. This role is designed for someone who brings experience in process development and implementation, project management, systems administration, and data management.
    • Develop, streamline and optimize operating procedures, processes and tools across the Social Impact team programs including Impact calendar, SOPs, process maps, and impact trackers
    • Support the on-going development of our grant management and impact engagement systems including developing reports and training tools, tracking changes and updates, and capturing business requirements
    • Execute grant administration processes and procedures to ensure grant fidelity, accurate data collection and reporting
    • Manage projects and initiatives from inception to completion including program critical paths, project plans, scheduling working sessions, deliverables, change management, and provide timely status updates
    • Support with budget management including invoicing, tracking and reconciling budgets
    • Lead on strategic projects and initiatives that support our overall grant-making plan and Impact Agenda goals
    • Assess and analyze market trends, industry developments, and implications to support informed decision-making


    QUALIFICATIONS
    • 5+ years of work experience and demonstrated success as a collaborative project manager in systems and budget management, with a strong understanding of information technology
    • Bachelor's degree in business administration, Information Systems or other related discipline preferred, but not necessary
    • Proficiency in grant administration + CRM platform such as Salesforce or similar
    • Proficiency across Microsoft Office Suite, Smartsheet
    • Agile and adaptable, asks questions to gain understanding, creates plans to drive results, and execute with strong attention to detail
    • Compassionate, culturally responsive, and committed to development

    Compensation and Benefits Package

    lululemon's compensation offerings are grounded in a pay-for-performance philosophy that recognizes exceptional individual and team performance. The typical hiring range for this position is from $81,500-$107,000 annually; the base pay offered is based on market location and may vary depending on job-related knowledge, skills, experience, and internal equity. As part of our total rewards offering, permanent employees in this position may be eligible for our competitive annual bonus program, subject to program eligibility requirements.

    This role is classified as Hybrid under our SSC Workplace Policy: In-person collaboration is important, and much of the role can be performed remotely. Work is performed onsite at least 3 days per week.
