Position Overview:

The Product and Sales Coordinator is responsible for supporting the management of FRS Clipper's product portfolio as well as leading coordination and management across B2B sales channels.

This position requires exercising independent judgement to perform the responsibilities described below; and is integral to the overall success of the organization's business strategy and goals.

This individual will report directly to the Product & Account Manager.


Summary of Key Responsibilities (not limited to the following):

  • Supports daily account management and associated tasks related to all FRS Clipper product partnerships across hotel, tour and transportation partners encompassing daily communication and problem solving as well as product contracting and optimization
  • Works closely with internal Reservations and Onboard Agent teams to resolve product issues in a quick and efficient manner as the partner liaison
  • Supports management of room inventory and rates across hotel partners
  • Supports room inventory, rates, stop sell verification and product updates for all partners
  • Supports insurance certificate program with all partners
  • Supports internal and partner product training programs, ensuring Reservations and onboard agents are up to date on all products and activities sold by the company and partners are kept abreast of latest FRS Clipper product offerings
  • Supports OTA partner product offerings, rates, promotion to maximize yield
  • Supports annual wholesale partner contracting process and maintains relationships with wholesale partners
  • Supports travel agent and concierge portfolio and leads active communications, product training and issue mitigation with both sales channels
  • As needed, represents FRS Clipper in both a supplier and buyer role at product tradeshows and events

Qualifications and Skills Required:


  • 24 years of product coordination and sales experience (travel and tourism experience preferred)
  • Bachelor's degree required
  • Intermediate to Advanced Excel skills as well as Project Management skills
  • Excellent attention to detail, highly organized and impeccable verbal and written communication skills
  • Ability to work independently, define problems, collect data, establish facts, and draw valid conclusions
  • Project management skills; will have demonstrated the ability to push projects over the finish line with sound planning and persistent execution
  • High proficiency with MS Office, basic design software (e.g. Canva).
  • Ability to travel within United States and Canada
  • Must be fully vaccinated against Covid19

Job Types:
Full-time, Permanent


Pay:
$55,000.00-$60,000.00 per year
