Description

This is a new position, approximately 30-32 hours per week, that could grow over time. We are looking for someone that can be flexible and adaptable as the role develops.

Responsibilities:

Welcome visitors by greeting them, in person or on the telephone; answering or referring inquiries
Direct visitors by maintaining employee and department directories
Maintain a safe and clean reception area by complying with procedures, rules and regulations
Working with all departments in a 'team first' philosophy
Starting, entering and closing RO's, tracking parts
Tracking job hours and submitting documents to the Controller
Use Quickbooks, Excel, Google Sheets, Microsoft programs, CRM software, and bodyshop software
Data entry
Work in unison with other office and shop staff

Requirements:

Previous administrative experience; at least 1 year
Receptionist; at least 1 year
Pleasant telephone manner with great communication skills
Accounting or bookkeeping experience
Handling pressure relating to time sensitive projects
Driver's license, as occasional errands such as banking or supply pick up may be required
Multitasking ability

Wage:

- $20 per hour; depending on experience
