Construction Supplier is seeking a
WAREHOUSE ASSOCIATE to fill a permanent opening in our Coquitlam warehouse.

We are a leading wholesale distributor of mechanical insulation products.

We have 13 branches across Canada and our Western branches have been servicing BC and Alberta for more than 50 years.

Wage is $21.00 and up depending on the applicant's qualifications and previous experience.

Work hours are Monday - Friday (40 hours per week)

Warehouse Associates are the first person that our customers speak to when they come into our warehouse. A pleasant disposition and the ability to interact with customers and coworkers is important for this position.


Responsibilities:


  • Unload trailers
  • Put away stock
  • Maintain a clean work environment
  • Fill customer's orders
  • Prepare orders for in town and out of town shipments
  • General warehouse duties with a focus on safety and adherence to our ISO 9000 standards

Qualifications:


  • Fluent in English (written and verbal)
  • Punctual
  • A positive attitude
  • Able to work individually and as part of a team
  • Good listening and communication skills
  • Able to lift Lbs.
  • Ability to cope in a fast paced environment
  • Good math and organizational skills
  • Experience in a warehouse environment is an asset.
