Guitar Teacher for Online Music Platform

Job description
We are looking for a highly skilled online electric guitar teacher to assist with supporting students inside an established online guitar education platform created by Roy Ziv.
The main role will be:
Providing detailed, constructive video / written feedback to students on their playing
Using Roy Zivs existing lessons and courses as the framework. (Paid training will be provided)
Helping students apply the material correctly and improve their musicianship.
This is not a beginner-teaching position. Most students are low intermediate and some might be pretty advanced in certain techniques.
Primary Requirement:
You must be a great electric guitar player.
Strong playing ability in:
Rock
Fusion
Metal
Pop
Solid rhythm playing
Lead improvisation
Basic jazz knowledge is required (you don't need advanced jazz chops, but should understand basic jazz harmony)
Additional Requirements:
Strong music theory knowledge (advanced understanding preferred)
Years of teaching experience (online experience is a plus)
Ability to clearly explain concepts and give structured, helpful feedback
Comfortable recording video responses (clear camera + audio setup)
Basic understanding of DAWs and home recording
Professional communication skills
A music degree is an asset, but not required.
Familiarity with Roy Ziv's guitar work, courses, or online content is a plus, but not mandatory.
Compensation is negotiable:
Hourly or fixed monthly compensation available.
Long-term position for the right candidate.
Additional responsibilities and increased hours available for those looking to grow within the role, or for more work- ( example: video editing, customer service, admin roles, editing lessons, content strategy, etc. )

Next steps would be a Zoom call interview, and then an improv recording over a track we'll provide you.
Contract duration of more than 6 months. with 40 hours per week.
