Your Responsibilities:
Assist the sales team with administrative tasks, including quotations, order processing, data entry, and documentation.
Communicate effectively with clients, addressing inquiries and providing exceptional customer service.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless operations and timely order fulfillment.
As a center part of the organization, you will be the interface between VPC and our partner, Edwards Vacuum.


Who We're Looking For:
Strong organizational skills and a keen eye for detail.
Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
Proficiency in MS Office suite and CRM software. Knowledge of Zoho CRM would be an asset.
A proactive and adaptable mindset, eager to learn and take on new challenges.
English speaking, any other language is an asset.
