The Mississaugas of Scugog Island First Nation is seeking an experienced Community Health Representative to join our community and work with our members and social services team in Scugog, ON on a fixed-term contract (6 months) basis.Responsibilities
- Design and deliver community health programming through educational workshops,
and interactive activities that promote wellness and disease prevention - Foster active community engagement by encouraging participation in health education,
and promotional events - Coordinate specialized health workshops in collaboration with internal staff
and external health professionals to address specific health topics or needs- Serve as a trusted source of health information for the community,
Promote a safe and healthy environment by implementing awareness programs that address public heath concerns?< Job description
