Greenbelt is a local greenhouse operation located in Lynden ON. We grow produce, harvest it, and process it on a highly automated production line. Our team is growing fast and looking for talents to join us.

  • Job brief_
The Sales/Marketing Representative will be responsible for pitching the company's products and services to potential customers. They will also be responsible for using social media as a platform to maximize sales.

  • Responsibilities_
  • Communicate daily with potential customers and provide assistance where required
  • Prioritize, fulfill, or delegate as applicable all customer requests
  • Complete required paperwork on a daily basis including locations visited, customer complaints and feedback (KPI's)
  • Meet or exceed weekly, monthly, and quarterly sales quotas
  • Provide weekly recaps to the senior management team
  • Meet customer service expectations through daily communication, problem resolution, and appropriate follow up
  • Maintain professional, team relationships with coworkers and customers
  • Produce and share content on social media
  • Identify target customers and markets
  • Forecast and analyze sales trends, marketing strategies, and product performance
  • Job Terms_
  • Job Type: Permanent Fulltime
Probationary Period: 3 months or 480 hours, whichever longer

  • Primary Report Location: There is no set work location, however we require that you visit customers in the Toronto/Mississauga area
  • Shift Requirement: Flexible 5 days a week
  • Compensation: TBD based on experience (Base salary + Commission)
  • Qualifications_
  • Experience in restaurant/hospitality industry
  • Understanding of sales positioning and sale tactics
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
  • Expertise and some competence in sales program administration and implementation
  • Excellent communication, organizational and problemsolving skills
  • General knowledge of GTA maps and routes
  • Ability to multitask and work independently in a fastpaced environment
  • Previous sales experience as an asset
  • Computer proficient
  • College diploma Degree

Schedule:

  • 8 hour shift
  • Monday to Friday
  • Weekend availability

  • Toronto, ON: reliably commute or plan to relocate before starting work (required)
