We are currently hiring a professional, friendly and experienced Body Workers to join our team at Sévérine Spa and Wellness We are a beautiful hotel spa located in the Delta Hotel by Marriott, Delta, B.C. Body Workers will provide all Massage and Body Treatments, provide excellent customer service and have a passion for the wellness industry. We are looking for people who can bring their knowledge and enthusiasm for massage therapy and incorporate their unique touch into their treatments with clients. This is an amazing opportunity to work for a Marriott property in a beautiful, calming space, while utilizing and growing your skills and experience. Duties & Responsibilities:

• Greets all guests in a warm, friendly, and professional manner
• Ability to provide all massage services and body treatments
• Provides exceptional customer service at all times
• Provides safe, efficacious, relaxing services.
• Good time management and responsible for fostering a healthy attitude and working relationships with all co-workers and members of management.
• Maintains cleanliness in treatment rooms and common areas of the spa and maintains sanitization and sterilization protocols
• Manages client feedback and complaints with professionalism and patience
• Other tasks as assigned

Salary:

• Hourly plus commission and gratuities
• Product commission

Requirements:

• Ability to perform 3-5 services per day
• Fluency in English, with strong verbal skills
• Must have flexible schedule and weekend availability
• Strong work ethic and team player, professional and friendly
• Must be well groomed, and adhere to the spa dress-code policy
• Educate and retail products

Education & Experience:

• Certificate from a recognized massage school.
• Strong communication skills and client centered approach
• Previous spa or clinic experience is an asset
• Experience performing body treatments and Hot Stone services an asset
  All applicants must have legal permission to work in Canada in order to be considered

Schedule:

• 6-8 hour shift
• Weekend availability

Compensation details: 22-31 Hourly Wage
