Responsibilities:


  • Greet customers in a friendly and professional manner, assessing their service needs promptly and efficiently.
  • Consult with customers regarding their vehicle's service and maintenance requirements, providing accurate and detailed information.
  • Schedule service appointments and ensure they are properly documented in our system.
  • Collaborate with technicians and other service advisors to ensure smooth and timely vehicle repairs and maintenance.
  • Explain recommended services and repair options to customers, addressing any questions or concerns they may have.
  • Prepare accurate estimates for services, parts, and labor costs.
  • Maintain detailed records of customer interactions, vehicle service history, and service advisor activities.
  • Provide exceptional customer service throughout the service process, ensuring customer satisfaction and loyalty.
  • Recommend additional services and products based on customer needs and dealership guidelines.

Qualifications:

  • High school diploma or equivalent; postsecondary education in automotive technology or a related field is an asset.
  • Previous experience in an automotive or dealership environment.
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, both written and verbal.
  • Strong attention to detail and the ability to multitask in a fastpaced environment.
  • Experience and knowledge of automotive systems, parts, and repairs.
  • Proficient computer skills and experience with dealership management systems or service software.
  • Ability to work independently as well as in a teamoriented environment.
  • Valid driver's license and clean driving record.

Salary:
$5,000.00-$8,000.00 per month
