The Senior Geology Operations Manager provides strategic direction and oversight of commercial geochemistry laboratory operations, ensuring efficient execution, high-quality outputs, and regulatory compliance.

• Strategic planning for laboratory services, focusing on operational efficiency and quality enhancement.
• Budget management and resource allocation across multiple areas, aligning with organizational goals.
• Leadership of cross-functional teams to drive collaboration and performance improvement initiatives.
• Policymaking and long-term planning for the geochemistry laboratories to ensure alignment with business objectives.

Required Skills & Qualifications:

:,  Bachelor's degree in a scientific field or equivalent experience.  7- 10 years of relevant analytical laboratory experience.  Proven success in strategic planning,  leadership,  mentoring, and innovation.
The ideal candidate will possess strong communication skills as well as technical expertise within geology-related fields., Geochemical interpretation knowledge required, Analytical instrumentation proficiency is expected.
