JOB SUMMARY:

The Systems Administrator manages and maintains the organization's IT infrastructure, including servers, networks, databases and other critical systems.

The Systems Administrator plays a crucial role in ensuring the overall efficiency, availability and security of the company's IT environment.


RESPONSIBILITIES:


  • Maintain and support technological infrastructures;
  • Followup on incidents and requests from users and ensure compliance with service levels;
  • Act as the main stakeholder for the management of technical incidents and requests, issue the diagnosis, establish priorities and resolve problems;
  • Work with software and hardware vendors to resolve technical issues;
  • Develop system recovery procedures to minimize downtime; provide technical support to maintain system reliability and availability;
  • Ensure documentation of the architecture in place;

QUALIFICATIONS AND PROFESSIONAL EXPERIENCE REQUIRED:


  • College Diploma or University Degree in a relevant field;
  • Knowledge of Active Directory, PowerShell and Azure AD;
  • Knowledge of HyperV and/or VMWare;
  • Knowledge of network systems, protocols and standards such as: Ethernet, LAN, WAN, TCP/IP, etc.;
  • Bilingualism (spoken and written);
  • Good customer service abilities;
  • Ability to work in a team and to handle pressure;
