Overview


The
Business Operations and Enablement team is looking for an enthusiastic co-op student to join our team for a 4 or 8-month work term beginning
Fall 2023.

As the Business Operations Co-Op, you will be working with many different disciplines including Legal, HR, Finance, R&D, InfoSec, Marketing and Sales teams.

You will have the opportunity to gain insight into cross business roles and functions as well as understanding of the sales and marketing processes.


Your skills include:

  • Exceptional communication skills, both written and verbal
  • Excellent organizational abilities and a drive to complete projects on time
  • Solid problem solving and analytical skills
  • Comfortable working both independently and as part of a larger group
  • The ability to take initiative in a dynamic working environment
We would love it if you also had experience with some of the following:

  • A background or interest in software and hardware architecture, system and data security, IT, or project management.
  • Pursuing a degree or diploma in Data Science, Business, or MBA.

The Cool Stuff You'll Do.

  • Proactively review near term pipeline opportunities for missing information (i.e. ship to information, contact information) and work with the sales team to get these updated.
  • Working with Senior Business Intelligence team members to enhance, understand and update data.
  • Support the Marketing team on assigned additional tasks.
