    Description
    Vision Coating Limited is currently recruiting for a Purchasing and Inventory Management Coordinator to join our team


    Purchasing Duty:
    Verifies purchase requisitions by comparing items requested to the master stock code list and issuing purchase orders.
    Generate and manage purchase orders, ensuring accuracy and compliance with company policies.
    Monitor and track the status of orders to ensure timely delivery and resolve any issues that may arise.
    Resolved shipping discrepancies concerning overages and shortfalls of original purchase orders
    Maintain and update Supplier Contract Pricing and Current Costs in the System.


    Inventory Management:
    Coordinating warehouse and materials-related activities among production, material department, shipping department, and customer service.
    Maintains inventory of materials and parts needed to complete production
    Monitor inventory levels and maintain optimal stock levels to meet customer demand while minimizing carrying costs.
    Conduct regular cycle counts and physical inventories to reconcile system records with actual stock.
    Update the inventory management system to reflect the physical count and adjust stock levels accordingly.
    Review and analyze stock code BOM with historical data as required.

    Assist with reporting Material Handler's performance weekly and fill out the Performance evaluation matrix.

    Organize and maintain all relevant documents, including the PO requisition, purchase order, packing slip, receiving report, and invoice, for audit purposes.

    Work experience in the PVC window and door paint coating industry is required.

    • Experience in Windows and Door and vinyl extrusion industry preferred
    • Experienced in using Office software
    • Know about barcode scanning and custom clearance software
    Language of Work

    • English
