Job summary
The Plant Controller ensures the financial statement integrity and internal controls of the Building Envelope lines of businesses.Partner with LOB management to provide timely and accurate data to support business decisions such as sourcing pricing and long range planning.
Demonstrate awareness of all elements of a location's financial statements Own all elements of a location's financial statements Prepare post-closing location financial analysis performance reports and commentary Prepare maintain and analyze product standard costs Support analytical needs of plant manager staff Partner with plant management to increase plant efficiency profitability Prepare analysis to understand the financial ramifications current proposed business actions Identify issues proactively initiate analyses solutions locations issues Ensure compliance SGC EPG policies procedures Oversee reconcile inventory cycle counts annual physical inventory Assist preparation capital appropriations requests DAC Track capital spending project closures Track review cost reduction projects maintain required reporting Ad hoc analysisMain Responsibilities
