    Job Summary

    At Tim Hortons, we are seeking a skilled Food Service Supervisor to oversee the daily operations of our restaurant. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for ensuring that our customers receive exceptional service and that our food quality meets our high standards.

    Responsibilities

    • Ensure that all food and beverages are prepared and served to our high standards.
    • Supervise and coordinate the activities of our kitchen staff.
    • Maintain a clean and organized kitchen environment.
    • Requisition food and kitchen supplies as needed.
    • Train new staff members in our kitchen procedures.
    • Monitor inventory levels and maintain accurate records.
    • Address customer complaints and concerns in a professional manner.

    Requirements

    • Secondary (high) school graduation certificate.
    • 1 year to less than 2 years of experience in a food service environment.
    • Excellent communication and leadership skills.
    • Able to work in a fast-paced environment.
    • Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
