Sales Operations Supervisor

Duties and Responsibilities

  • Sales forecasting and scheduling building/maintaining rolling sales estimates
  • Sales KPI reporting tracking and presenting timed sales metrics
  • Incoming inquiries and questions
- qualify and address/redirect incoming inquiries

  • Sales Program Coordination work with sales, customers and finance to administer special pricing programs, rebates and point of sale data and develop ways to present and measure on a weekly and monthly basis
  • Customer information assist in the upkeep of CRM platforms and targeted campaigns and develop tangible reporting that improves the effectiveness of the entire sales organization
  • Sales Process create and maintain documentation on sales processes, policies and relevant sales materials as well as ensuring that processes are followed, updated and improved when necessary
  • Onboarding assist with new customer orientation procedures and scheduling necessary meetings etc.
  • Attend customer meetings and industry events

Desired Skills and Qualifications

  • College/University bachelor degree
  • Minimum 3 years experience in relevant customer service/business management
  • Proven organizational and project management skills in fast paced environment
  • Detailedoriented individual capable of prioritizing, multitasking and managing numerous data based activities simultaneously
  • Proficient with sales and operations software such as CRMs, database tools and logistics tracking
  • US customer based
  • Operating in crossfunctional environmental to provide link between numerous groups
  • Seniority Level

Pay:
$60,000.00-$75,000.00 per year
