McCrae Recruiting is looking for an Experienced
Group Benefits Account Manager for a growing team in Durham Region. You will be working with a well-established, highly successful Insurance and Financial company right here in Durham. As the Group Benefits Account Manager, you will utilize your passion for customer service to build trust and maintain solid relationships with your clients.

Job Details

Maintain all client accounts, keeping them organized and up to date
Produce yearly benefit analysis and projections to clients, and as needs may change year to year offer any suggestions that might be suitable
Monitor market trends
Provide recommendations for resolution of problems and issues and suggest process improvements
Other tasks as required

Benefits

Salary $55K70K based on experience
Full benefits after 3 months
Currently remote work with occasional day in the office

Education Reimbursement

Job Requirements

2 + years working within Insurance and / or Group Benefits Accounts Management is a must
LLQP is considered an asset
Sales experience is considered an asset
Advanced Proficiency in Office (Excel and Outlook).
Knowledge of Google Drive
Excellent Customer Service and Attention to Detail are a must
Must be a Team Player

Salary:
$55,000.00-$65,000.00 per year
