    But du poste:
    Diriger et optimiser les opérations quotidiennes de tri et de répartition en gérant l'équipe, en assurant des livraisons exactes et ponctuelles, en agissant comme agent de liaison entre les opérations et le service à la clientèle pour résoudre les enjeux de service, et en soutenant l'amélioration continue ainsi que la conformité des fonctions logistiques.

    Responsabilités clés:
    • Superviser les opérations quotidiennes de tri et de répartition afin d'assurer l'exactitude et la livraison rapide des envois.
    • Diriger et gérer les associés au tri et les chauffeurs‑livreurs pour maintenir des normes de performance élevées.
    • Effectuer les inspections de sécurité quotidiennes et faire respecter les protocoles de sécurité.
    • Suivre et gérer les heures de travail de l'équipe de tri pour respecter les objectifs de colis par heure (PPH) et optimiser l'efficacité opérationnelle.
    • Optimiser stratégiquement l'attribution des routes selon la demande, la capacité des véhicules et les indicateurs de performance.
    • Agir comme liaison entre l'équipe d'opérations et le service à la clientèle pour suivre les dossiers ouverts, traiter proactivement les enjeux de service et résoudre les plaintes des clients.
    • Gérer les retours, annulations et résoudre efficacement les écarts de livraison.
    • Assurer le respect strict des politiques de l'entreprise et des normes réglementaires.
    • Préparer et soumettre des rapports complets de répartition, de lavage et de fin de quart à la direction.
    • Collaborer avec les équipes du transport, du service à la clientèle, des ventes et des RH pour améliorer les processus opérationnels.
    • Fournir un soutien opérationnel et administratif au gestionnaire des opérations régionales (ROM) et contribuer à la planification stratégique du terminal.
    Autres tâches:
    • Effectuer d'autres tâches administratives telles que facturation, enregistrement et suivi des heures de travail, achat d'équipement et de fournitures.
    Qualifications:
    • Baccalauréat, diplôme ou certificat en administration, logistique, chaîne d'approvisionnement ou domaine connexe, accompagné de 2+ années d'expérience en supervision des opérations.
    • Solides compétences en leadership, organisation et résolution de problèmes, avec maîtrise des logiciels logistiques et outils de rapport.
    • Connaissance des règlements en matière de sécurité, des normes de conformité et capacité à gérer efficacement des équipes interfonctionnelles.
    Compétences requises :
    • Maîtrise de la suite Microsoft Office (Excel, PowerPoint, Word, Outlook)
    • Compétences en traitement de texte et gestion des courriels
    • À l'aise avec le système d'exploitation Windows
    • Maîtrise des systèmes logistiques et outils de rapports
    • Bilingue – ce poste exige des communications fréquentes (écrites et verbales) avec des clients et des chauffeurs qui parlent anglais et français
    Supervision:
    Ce poste relève du gestionnaire régional des opérations (ROM).
    Le titulaire du poste travaille sous la direction du ROM, qui vérifie périodiquement l'avancement des tâches. Bien que le rôle détienne une autorité formelle sur l'équipe de tri, il implique la responsabilité de gérer et superviser plusieurs rapports liés au tri, assurant l'exactitude et l'efficacité du processus.

    Work Location & Environment: Warehouse/distribution center environment.

    Purpose of Position:

    To lead and optimize daily sortation and dispatch operations by managing staff, ensuring timely and accurate deliveries, acting as a liaison agent between operation and client care for resolving customer service issues, and supporting continuous improvement and compliance across logistics functions.

    Key Accountabilities:
    • Oversee daily sortation and dispatch operations to ensure accuracy and timely delivery of shipments.
    • Lead and manage sortation associates and delivery drivers to maintain high performance standards.
    • Conduct daily safety inspections and enforce compliance with safety protocols.
    • Monitor and manage sorter labor hours to maintain Parcels Per Hour (PPH) targets and optimize operational efficiency.
    • Strategically optimize route assignments based on demand, vehicle capacity, and performance metrics.
    • Act as a liaison between operation team and customer service to track open cases for delivery progress, proactively address service issues, and resolve customer complaints.
    • Manage return shipments, cancellations, and resolve delivery discrepancies effectively.
    • Ensure strict adherence to company policies and regulatory compliance standards.
    • Prepare and submit comprehensive dispatch, wash, and End-of-shift reports to leadership management.
    • Collaborate cross-functionally with transportation, customer service, sales and HR teams to enhance operational workflows.
    • Provide operational and admin support to the ROM Manager and contribute to strategic planning and decision-making processes of the terminal.
    Other Duties
    • Performs other admin duties as required like billing and invoicing, work hours recording and follow up, equipment/supply procurement.
    Qualifications:
    • Bachelor's degree, diploma, or certificate in Business, Logistics, Supply Chain, or related trade, with 2+ years of operations supervision experience.
    • Strong leadership, organizational, and problem-solving skills, with proficiency in logistics software and reporting tools.
    • Knowledge of safety regulations, compliance standards, and ability to manage cross-functional teams effectively.
    • Bilingual - this role requires frequent communication (written and verbal) with customers and drivers that speak English and French. 
    Required Skills:
    • Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, PowerPoint, Word, Outlook)
    • Skilled in word processing and email management
    • Comfortable navigating MS Windows operating system
    • Proficiency with logistics systems and reporting
    Supervision
    This position reports to the Regional Operation Manager(ROM). This position functions under the guidance of the ROM Manager, the ROM periodically checks assignments for progress. While the role does hold formal authority over sortation team, it involves responsibility for managing and overseeing several sortation reports, ensuring accuracy and efficiency in the sorting process.

    Working Conditions:

    • Standing, walking, and lifting up to 50 lbs.
    • Shift work includes early mornings, evenings, and weekends.

    • Strong attention to detail.
